Tige,
Just wanted to give a huge thanks for all the support you have given
me this year. This was by far my best year roadracing which shows that with
the expert suspension set-up you gave me and the hard work you put into the
weekends we spent at the track it was a big success. In addition to the 3
WSMC class championships and Overall Club Championships, we were able to
consistently break track records many times throughout the year. I couldn't
have done it without you, and I look forward to continuing where we left off
in 2010. Thanks Catalyst Reaction and Elka!!

Dave,
I
just wanted to thank you for the great work you do. My bike (White w/red
strip R1) feels a thousand times better on the track. and I appreciate
the follow up on the rebound on the rear this weekend following your
tuning work on the 4th of February. Many people don't give a S**t about
their customers once they've gotten their money. Obviously that is not
the case with you. Also I wanted to thank you guys for getting my friend
David (RC51 - with the leaking forks and bent Dampening Rod) back on
the track. His weekend would have been ruined had you guys not been
able to pull that off. So once again, thanks for all of your hard work,
and I look forward to working with you again in the future as I continue
to get faster. I've got a TZ250 also, Hopefully I can get some time
with you next month to start getting it dialed in a bit as well.
Sincerely,
Kris Johnson

Dave,
Thank you for your help and advice over this past weekend at WSMC! As
you can imagine, I have a lot to learn as a novice racer. Even so, your
suspension work on my bike is certainly getting me more comfortable out
there and riding with more confidence. In fact, I was able to run a 1:33
in the race this weekend, which was over 7 seconds faster than my best
time in last months race. I could not have done that without your help.
I think I'll be taking on Shane pretty soon! So, thanks again!
I'm going to change tire brands next month. The Dunlops (both the GP209
NTec's and the new GP211's) keep growing at high speed.. so much so that
they've now torn up two front fenders on my Daytona 675. It's very disconcerting
to be smelling burning rubber at the end of a long straight away. Dunlop
suggested I just ride without a fender or clip it in front, but neither
one of those solutions is particularly palatable to me. I may end up trying
the Pirelli Diablo Supercorsas.
I've attached a photo for your amusement! Anyway, I think this means I
will need your assistance again in re-setting my suspension to account
for
the brand change.
Also,
I've printed out a bunch of record sheets from your website. I've put
them in a binder to start tracking my settings and other info for reference.
Thanks again!
P.S. I dropped off my forks with Tige yesterday for a re-build. I can't
wait to see what sort of improvements that brings!
Cheers!

Tige,
Just wanted to let you know that I received both the forks from you and
the shock from Elka on Friday, installed them on Saturday, and took a
street ride on them today. The ride felt great, but I'm sure I won't be
able to fully appreciate the difference until I get them dialed in by
Dave on the track.
I also want to say my thanks to you for your great service. From the first
call through the delivery, I felt assured that you cared about my satisfaction
as a customer. You weren't just trying to sell me stuff; you were trying
to sell me the stuff that was right for me.
I look forward to sharing my positive experience with Catalyst Reaction
with everybody that notices the Elka on my bike.
Thanks, DRR.
Dave
& Tige,
Thanks for sorting out my 675's front end and setting it up. I took it
out for a good ride in the canyons this morning and it was like a new
bike! It rode so much more comfortably and handled better than I have
ever experienced before. Now I can't wait to take it to the track!
Thanks!
